Use this page to reach the humans who operate Reef. Reef is a private-preview macOS product; there is no in-app live chat on the public web and no ticket portal.

## What to include

For access: team size, whether you are on macOS 26+ / Apple silicon, which AI CLIs you run (Claude Code, Codex, others), and what you want Reef to operate (sessions, board, cloud agents, meetings). For bugs: Reef version, macOS version, and what you expected.
